Many of our clients have come to us because of the choice of venue clause in their cruise line contract. This provision limits your ability to bring an action against the cruise line in a court of your selection. It restricts your choice of venue for your civil action for cases arising out of cruise line liability to the Southern District of Florida (the location of our office). We afford representation to those injured while on a cruise.
