History
Mr. OConnell started his career in the prominent former Boston law firm of Parker, Coulter, Daley and White where he got
his start working on aviation, products, medical products, car
accidents and personal injury cases. He founded his own law firm
in 1986 and has since represented corporations and those injured in variouse types of accidents. In addition to general personal injury cases he has represented FBO's, pilots,
aircraft owners and passengers injured in a variety of general
aviation accident litigation. In addition he has been involved in
the preparation and trial of scuba diving accident cases in
Florida, Hawaii, New Hampshire, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and California.
