years. He is admitted to practice in Florida and Massachusetts and the Federal Bar for the
1st and 11th (S.D.) Cirtuits.
John has also handled scuba diving,
personal injury, products liability, and auto accident
litigation and has represented the families
of those who have died in scuba diving accidents in Massachussetts,
California, Pennsylvania, Florida and Hawaii. He is admitted to

History
Mr. O'Connell started his career in the well respected large
Boston law firm of Parker, Coulter, Daley and White where he got
his start working on aviation, products, medical products, car
accidents and personal injury cases. He founded his own law firm
in 1986 and has since represented car accident victims and others
who have been injured. He has also represented FBO's, pilots,
aircraft owners and passengers injured in a variety of general
aviation accident litigation. In addition he has been involved in
the preparation and trial of scuba diving accident cases in
Florida, Hawaii, Massachusetts and California.
